Flexible production adaptation, responding to changes in the global
market
Multi-specification rapid switching: With the modular design of the
full servo system, a small number of molds can be replaced to
achieve production switching of different sizes such as 240mm daily
use, 285mm night use, and 350mm extended, covering the needs of all
categories including sanitary pads, ordinary sanitary napkins, and
ultra-thin models. The switching process only takes about 30
minutes, which is far superior to the switching efficiency of
traditional equipment. It can quickly adapt to the preferences of
the European and American markets for ultra-thin models and the
demands of the Southeast Asian market for high cost-performance
basic models, helping buyers flexibly adjust the product structure.
Flexible production capacity to meet order demands: The production
speed can be freely adjusted within the range of 600 to 1200 pieces
per minute. In high-speed mode, the average daily production
capacity can reach hundreds of thousands of pieces, which can meet
the urgent delivery needs of overseas bulk orders. The low-speed
mode supports small-batch trial production starting from 5,000
pieces, facilitating buyers to test product formulas and patterns
for emerging markets such as Africa and Latin America. After
verifying acceptance, they can expand production capacity and
reduce the risk of inventory overstock.
