The full servo system stably controls the laying of the
water-absorbing core, ensuring that the fluff slurry and
water-absorbing resin are evenly mixed. After 200ml of simulated
urine is poured in, it quickly penetrates and the surface remains
dry without reverse seepage. The three-dimensional leak-proof
enclosure is precisely formed by hot pressing, with long-lasting
elasticity, effectively reducing the risk of side leakage. The
finished product has a leak-proof rate of over 98%, meeting
parents' core expectations for "peace of mind throughout the
night".
Skin-friendly material compatibility, caring for delicate skin:
Compatible with various skin-friendly surface layers such as pure
cotton and bamboo fiber. The servo system precisely controls the
fabric delivery tension, avoiding fiber damage and ensuring a soft
skin care touch. The thickness of the product can be adjusted
according to the climate of different regions. In tropical regions,
the core of the thin and light model is only 2-3mm, while in
high-latitude regions, the thickened model can reach 5-6mm. This
can be achieved without modifying the core equipment.

Multi-specification quick switching, covering the needs of all
stages:
With just a small number of molds, it can switch between sizes such
as NB/S/M/L/XL, suitable for newborns to toddlers. The switching
process only takes 30 minutes. It supports the production of
multiple types such as daily-use styles, night-use styles, and
ultra-thin styles, quickly adapting to the differentiated demands
of the high-end markets in Europe and America and the
cost-effective markets in Southeast Asia.
Flexible and adjustable production capacity, balancing efficiency
and risk:
The production speed can be adjusted between 50 and 700 pieces per
minute, with an average daily production capacity of over 300,000
pieces in high-speed mode, meeting the delivery requirements of
bulk orders. The low-speed mode supports small-scale trial
production starting from 5,000 pieces, facilitating buyers to test
new markets and reducing the risk of inventory overstock.
